this agency only thought about money. If you are unlucky, your boiler damage on Friday or Weekend, they will ask you to shower with cold water over the weekend in order to save their weekend charge of plumber cost. We have a 3 year old kid at home, but they refused to repair the boiler immediately in order to save their cost last time, they said they will only send the plumber on monday. Yesterday the boiler was completely broken, we had already given 24 hour notice to them on thursday, but they refuse to change the broken boiler immediately by giving excuse that they are waiting reply from landlord. they refuse to fix it on saturday too , i believe they just want to save the weekend charge as usual. Even we already told them we have a toddler at home, but they still told you that they cannot find the landlord because they didn't have their client number. Can you believe it? In short, they are not humanitarian at all.
