We were very pleased with the help Warren and Stuart gave us while selling our home. The photographs were extremely professional and offered great detail of our home, so much better than a previous agent we used. The guys were very quick at returning calls if they were busy when you rang. When a viewing was set up they gave you a lot of detail about the person which helped to tailor the viewing accordingly. They did all the negotiating with the buyer to push for the best price possible without involving us for those silly offers that are sometimes made. A stress free, no hassle way to sell a home.
We recommended them to some friends who then promptly sold their house within a week of using Warrens. I would be happy to use Warrens again and also recommend them to friends and family.
