Viewed a property and we were interested, we offered to pay the deposit on the same day however they told us that the landlord has to choose, next day we go to their office and they told us someone already gave a deposit for the property. We debated but got nowhere. So they pretty much lied and stopped us from getting a good flat. Avoid!
