Having had my property on the market with Prospect for over 6 months and not sold for £400,000, I contacted Prime Quarters and spoke with Liam about what I was doing wrong, he carefully explained how it wasn't my fault and the strategy for marketing my property may not be best suited to me. I agreed to let Liam and Prime Quarters market my property, he made a few changes to the way in which it was advertised and viewings were conducted and within 1 WEEK of it going onto Rightmove, had secured me a buyer for £415,000.
I can't recommend Liam and the team at Prime Quarters highly enough, they work day and night (literally, in some cases) to get the job done where others have failed previously and not once have I heard the phrase I need to ask my manager which I heard frequently before instructing them!
