I would like to thank Dale for all her help in selling my property, she kept me informed every step of the way and advised me of all possible options and outcomes to enable me to make informed decisions. On one occasion the electricity failed in branch and Dale drove to my home to update me which I feel was above and beyond.
Dale at times completed work outside of her remit which really helped me in what is currently a very stressful situation for me and my family. Dale and her colleagues at the Garforth office have all helped enormously to take as much of the stress out of this process as possible. Thank you all and should I ever move again, I will call without hesitation.
In the absence of Dale, Andrea took over my sale, being very efficient and easy to deal with. From having a conversation with Andrea and unbeknown to her she gave me some great advise which stopped me from making a wrong decision on a purchase from another agent. I am now purchasing a wonderful home for myself and my daughter and knowing it's for sale with Mannings in Crossgates has given me comfort I am now in safe hands with Mannings selling my home and I'm buying a home through them as well.
Both ladies are a credit to the Mannings brand.

Very competitive, matched a lower price from another local agent. No upfront costs which can't be said for all agents.
