We purchased our home through Bradleys in Liskeard in July 2015 ,even in our first conversations with the team there we were amazed at the difference in attitude, awareness , dedication and professionalism
that we had both experienced when we sold our homes in Surrey . If we had any doubts or questions that occurred they were dealt with sometimes within a few minutes or when the answers were more complicated or worrying we knew that it would be sorted and if we were told they would get back to us within an hour we always had the return call sometimes very late in the day but always it was returned unlike other so called professionals who were too busy to do so . We cannot thank the team there enough for there help , on one occasion we didn't get the information on one of the services to our home but when we mentioned it in a conversation with Ellie she rang us within the hour and once again answered our queries , having being in touch with the Water Board herself and got answers for us. Having a five hour journey from Surrey to Liskeard moving day was a worry but again Ellie arranged for either a relative who lived in the area to pick up the keys or failing that she very kindly would stay behind after office hours to hand the keys over to us .
If we ever decide to move again then we want Ellie and the team at Liskeard to act on our behalf , after our dealings with other Estate Agents we now know who the best are .
