after reading all these reviews I think we have had a lucky escape!!
We viewed the property and then done all the paperwork paid all the extortionist fees.. Waiting round for nearly a week to hear anything about our references etc... In the meantime we kept having our moving date changed .. This happened 3-4 times.
2 weeks before moving date we get told there is a problem with a reference , this problem was rectified but within that hour the let agreed had been taken down and the property back on the rental market!!!
All that money we paid all gone due to a mistake that had been rectified. Seemed to them a perfect opportunity to take our money and move onto their next victim!!!!
Avoid like the plague!!!!!. Worst experience with an estate agents ever.

Please, please, please do not use these estate agents if at all possible. They conned is out of money wherever possible, left us with problems for month, one being no heating or hot water for weeks over New Year period. They responded when I complained ...

There's nothing like great customer service and my recent experience with Woods was nothing like great customer service. If I could have given them zero stars I would have done. Utterly inflexible business processes and fee structures which I baulked at ... I have no issues ...

Penalty fees for every single possible transgression imaginable, fees for the most minor of administrative activities, they're a company with no concept of customer service.
