These people are by a country mile the most unprofessional bunch of individuals I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I'd been trying to organise a property viewing for nearly a week. Tammy, Ivana and Amy continually promise that the sales agent will call back to arrange this, but he/she never does day after day. To add insult to injury, Ivana as an asset manager leaves a message for me to call her one morning at 9am on her direct line to sort out this fissco, which I did, and she wasn't even at work yet. Only at 9.30 when I call back again do I get to speak to her (nice or her to call me back on arrival as per the message I left). Does this company not realise they could be messing about with people's futures and livelihoods here?
Anyway, viewing arranged and I duly turned up and met Ivana on time at the building. We then spent 5-10 minutes looking for the flat as she had no idea where it was. We then enter the place and it's a complete and utter mess. I actually spotted a packet of unopened condoms on a table in the living room - I mean really? I'm then told the seller is wanting offers in by 6pm the same day ... great to know as I literally had 10 minutes walking around the place before there's a knock at the door and another person scheduled for a viewing is waiting there. How embarassing for him and I. Ivana didnt apologise for the situation at all and was generally quite non receptive during the whole debacle. These clowns are so disorganised and unprofessional it's astounding. Stay clear and don't waste your time or energy with this circus.
