From the initial phone call to book our valuation to the completion of our property the Taylor Cole experience can only be described as professional, helpful and an attention to detail service.
Our particulars were outstanding with a detailed description and quality photographs which made our property stand out from the crowd so much so we sold our house in 5 days. Jack worked extremely hard and we cannot thank him enough, even at times when I was the vendor from hell he remained professional and helpful at all times.......a credit to the team.
The service that was provided included help with viewings which was extremely helpful as we are busy working professionals, helping us find a great solicitor, having great fees and advising on the 106 agreement/affordable housing which we didnt understand properly until this was explained to us.
We are pleased to say that we would highly recommend Taylor Cole Estate Agents and should we move house again we would not hesitate to use them.
