Since moving into a mid terraced 3 bed property i've had nothing but stress with this company. They did a gas safety check at the very last minute, the property failed it! I the was told i couldn't move in! I'd booked removals, hired help and took 2 days off work for nothing! They said sorry but i was left out of pocket not them. Since moving in they've not returned my calls when i've complained about outstanding repairs, and they've even ignored the letters i've sent them demanding action. To sum things up, they don't care about customer service. They only want your money be it fees or rent etc.

My property is a disgrace i pay over 500 notes a month to live in what can only be discribed as a accident waiting to happen. The shit hole isn't even secure! My living room window opens from the outside, as the lock is broken! And i reported the problem a year ago!
