We had mixed emotions using Perry Bishop, Heather was good at communicating however at times we didn't feel that exactly what we asked was being passed on, we were also not sure whether we were getting the full details of response from the vendor. It appears the seller felt the same as she ended up making contact with us with similar feelings. The woman that showed us around the property had limited to no knowledge of the property, questions you would expect that could be answered and should be answered, therefore we had to email Heather after each viewing for simple answers and more complicated ones, however i must point out that Heather was rapid with responses and put us at ease at times. Overall not an awful experience but one that could have been better
