I wanted to Let the property privately, was taking longer than expected, I had a call from from Devonshire estate agents in Ealing explaining how their services worked inc fees, I gave them a go and I'm happy to say that it was the best decision I had done, they were able to let my apt within a week to a professional couple that cherish my place like no other has done.
They even went the extra mile and resolved some minor issues in my apt.
All at a very competitive fee, great personal service.
