Living in a property with 5 others. Was reasonably happy with the process early on, although the communication by them was a little lack-luster.

There was 1 admin error resulting in unnecessary stress and resigning of contracts. I think that it came down to communication and they really need to improve that - it's fine if you are willing to email them first but otherwise you might find yourself missing out on information or unsure of certain things. Improvements for them should to consider notifications of successful payment (the deposit gave us issues, as they thought we hadn't paid but in reality we paid early).

Maybe updates on ongoing work / discussions, would be nicer too - instead of two conversations with the tenants and the landlord... Act as a proper middleman by forwarding AND CC'ing the email you send to the landlord. We have had 1 issue where the landlord though we'd made a complaint but we only answered questions from Unity Lets which were then forwarded (seemingly inpolitely).

Otherwise they do very well, polite, easy viewing process, standard contractual procedure and the staff are pleasant. Communication is just something you need to get involved in, chasing information or confirmation from them is a minor issue really, but can be a little stressful and shouldn't be necessary.
Comment on agent fees
Seems a great price for the house. No complaints after living in more expensive accommodation that wasn\'t as good.
