I would highly recommend 1st Key lettings to potential tenants. I have been a tenant of 1st key lettings for more than 6 years now. I would like to say that i have always been treated with fairness, kindness and respect by Paul Tomlins, the manager and Ian Ridgley and all their staff. Paul and Ian have been the 'ideal' landlords, in that, they have always gone out there way to help me in whatever way they possibly could, for example, when the toilet was not working it was fixed almost immediately. When i ran out of electric cards luckily Ian came to the rescue asap even when it was a weekend. Paul and Ian always responds to my text message and emails promptly. Another recent example is when i asked Paul to write a letter for me which i required for immigration purposes which was so very kindly written for me by Paul and sent to me the very next day. Such excellent customer service is extremely difficult to find and of course very very difficult to ignore. Furthermore, i have recently requested a copy of my original water bill from Paul and without any hesitation Paul has so kindly offered to send me a copy asap. I would thoroughly recommend 1st Key Lettings to any potential tenants without any hesitation what-so-ever as i think it is very unlikely that i will find a better landlord in Birmingham and perhaps even the UK. I cannot thank both Paul and Ian enough for their flexible approach towards me in all situations and their willingness to always be helpful, caring and respectful for the past number of years that i have been with 1st Key lettings. Kindest regards, Naresh.
