Wouldn't trust them to manage a Wendy House. Wanted money for practically every action they took (on top of management fees) Consistently failed to ensure tenants left the property clean and in good state of repair, charged for moving in and out inspections but made no use of them to establish if there was any liability on tenants behalf. Continued to have to fix the same problems after their 'approved' plumbers, contractors charged for sub par work.
What agent could do to change your mind?
