I would like to congratulate all the staff based at Outlook Property for their professionalism and the outstanding service they delivered in the conveyance of my property making the whole process of selling a property seem effortless and stress-free.
The sale was not straightforward as the property was occupied by tenants who had been living at the address since 2006.
In effect the process would be in two stages, firstly the eviction of tenants and secondly the actual sale of the property.
Mr Vishal Khanna took on the challenge and introduced us to Mr Tony Platt whose invaluable knowledge on lettings guided us through the various stages of eviction.
Mr Platt also recommended a solicitor at our request to handle the application for a county court bailiff's warrant
Mr Khanna on the other hand dealt with the sales side and kept us well informed as to what stage we were at throughout.
At our request, he also put us in touch with another solicitor to oversee the transaction.
Mr Khanna made sure he kept in regular contact. I was particularly impressed with how efficient he was in getting things done and responding to messages/emails I had left for him.
Once the premises had been vacated by our tenants, the sale was completed within two days.
Outlook have been very efficient throughout their dealings and come highly recommended.
