This company is disgusting. They are so rude and the receptionist has the worse attitute I have ever come across. I booked a viewing with them and they didn't turn up, even though they confirmed it that same morning, I rang them and asked where they were, and she pretended as though I didn't confirm, no communication what so ever. Won't ever be booking a viewing with them again in a hurry. The receptionist has been seen drapped all over different men at weekends in the town centre. Classy!

How could they improve? have manners, do your job, and make sure everything is in writing - go work, or even volunteer at other estate agents, you'll see how everything you do is terrible.
