Do not recommend any other to this agency. I lived one year, not get any help from the agency, I asked for toilet flash problem, not get any positive response. They always blame landlord however they said its fully managed by the agency. End of my contact I moved to USA and they didn't return my deposit, however they send me a bill to clean up and decoration of flat which cost me my deposit. I felt totally unfair. Lots of my friends also not recommended this agency but I ignored them, now I understand I should have listened to them. I am totally unhappy :( Don't go.

My experience is all to do with deposits at the end of a tenancy and it should be known that Ashtons have withheld a deposit from me unless I sign a fully legally indemnity, indemnifying Ashtons against all legal costs etc in the future. I've ...
