The first month Rent

Late rent payments, paid 14 or more days after the due date, shall incur a fee of 3% plus the Bank of England base rate which shall be calculated to the date of payment.                                                  In the event of early termination by the tenant, the tenant shall be liable for early termination costs including all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy and the landlord\'s costs in re-letting the property.
You will be responsible for costs of all services (where applicable) including gas, electricity, water, telecommunciations including broadband, cable and satelite if applicable and council tax. You are also responsilbe for ensuring that a valid television licence remains in place for the duration of the tenancy.
