The property has a reverse level layout with ground floor front door leading to the hallway, two double bedrooms and shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor which has the remaining accommodation. At the front of the house is the master bedroom and sitting room, both of which benefit from views over a green space opposite and the village/countryside beyond. To the rear of the first floor is the fourth bedroom (which can also be used as a dining room), family bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is nicely proportioned with built in double oven, fridge, freezer, electric hob with extractor above and space for washing machine. There is enough room for breakfast table/chairs, and a back door leading to the rear garden.

Outside to the front is a garden area laid to lawn with mature borders. To the rear is a private garden with patio and lawn areas, and rear access to service path. There is a garage located separately, a short distance from the house.

Bridford is a lovely, Devon village with a population of around 500. The main part of the village sits on the Southern facing slope of a tributary of the river Teign and at 1,100 feet above sea level it is the most elevated village in the Teign Valley. The village pub, the Bridford Inn, is well regarded and there is an active local church. There is also a children's play park, a village garden and a village hall.

Set on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, the area is best known for its striking granite tors, steep wooded river valleys and heather covered moorland, offering a wide selection of recreational opportunities such as walking, cycling, riding and fishing on the River Dart and River Teign. Many of the region's finest coastal areas are also within easy driving distance.

The cities of Exeter and Plymouth are accessible by car (approx 30mins & 50mins respectively). Exeter St David's train station has direct links to London Paddington. There is also an international airport in Exeter. The A38 (Devon Expressway) provides good access to the M5 motorway network. The A30 offers easy access to Okehampton and Cornwall.
