The nice reviews are lies. I was given a filthy room with a dirty bathroom. There were toothbrushes and used razors in the bathroom cabinet. There was someone elses food in my brand new fridge. The heater in the bathroom didn't work, the shower didn't work properly and the radiator didn't work properly. And all this on the coldest week in December. Run away from these people as fast as you can....

Pointview Estates opened two electricity accounts in my name without authorisation. One was for power used from December 2015 when I didn't sign a lease until March 2016. That company was NOT the registered supplier of power to the property at any time during my tenancy. Continually fobbed off with excuses in contacting Pointview Estates to resolve this amicably, it took emails to the CEO of that power company for them to rescind their bills. British Gas have confirmed today that the new tenant moved in on 14th September and supplied them with a meter reading on that date which matched my own reading from 29th August. Are you still going to claim that your statement of September 30th to the Council for my move out date was correct, or even your claim that I was only charged to end of tenancy?
