The fees are very transparent and they go to great lengths to provide monthly breakdowns of all costs. As a landlord you want transparency and efficiency from your letting agent and Whittingtons provide this as a matter of principle.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Review your prices to remain competitive and be absolutely clear from the beginning what you charge for. Stepping into your tenants shoes sometimes would help you to re-evaluate your service.
