What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have provided directions to the property
Could have waited at the property for the time allotted for the viewing
Could have waited at the property until she had been able to connect by mobile phone with us to confirm if we were en-route
Office were contacted at 12:25. They could have been apologetic, contacted the viewing agent by mobile and turned her back to the property to conduct the viewing
The company could have contacted us after the first cancelled viewing to rearrange another date/time and did not
The company could have contacted us to apoligise and rearrange a viewing for the second failed viewing - they did not.
The agent could have arranged for the vendor to conduct the viewing if she was leaving prematurely, of should have stayed and waited herself - she did not.
