What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire some better staff and be honest with tenants when dealing with them. Don't claim that something is "coming from the landlord" when it isn't, don't pretend to be acting on something as a "top priority" when clearly this is not the case, and don't try swindling money out of tenants for so-called damages that don't exist.

Landmark Estates is the worst. Hot water never runs. Staff are obstinate and unhelpful. It's right next to three construction sites, but that fact is conveniently left out. Not a luxury property, more like a council estate....
