Carl & Steph are based in Renfrewshire and invest in property across the UK. Whilst growing their property portfolio they have experienced a number of issues within the industry and have experienced first hand the challenges people face when buying and selling their home.
Having been on both sides of the process, buying and selling, they know how frustrating and stressful the process becomes when expectations aren’t met and things don’t run as smoothly as they should!
Carl & Steph decided that they wanted to help improve peoples experiences and perception of estate agents. Lack of communication, urgency and knowledge about the properties as well as a lack of passion enthusiasm to deliver the best customer experience are just a few of the issues they have experienced to date.
It was at this point that Carl & Steph made the decision to partner with Keller Williams and Carl & Steph Real Estate - Keller Williams was established.
Having completed extensive refurbishments on their own properties, stripping properties back to bare brick, re-wires, new roofs, dealing with damp & rot…. You name it, they’ve seen it. There aren’t many issues they’ve not come across.
Carl & Steph know what it takes to get a deal successfully over the line, keeping both the buyer and the seller informed throughout. We promise to be by your side every step of the way ensuring your experience from start to finish is completely hassle and stress free.
