Unfortunately my experience of this estate agent is anything but favourable. First he valued my home at a price above the price it was eventually sold for. Including legal fees that has cost me ££5000. Which reduces the amount you have to spend on a new property. My only conversation with him was to say the price was lower to attract more viewers. How he expected anyone to pay £5000 more for a property valued at £105.000 is beyond me. Just sorry I ever heard of him. Only nice thing was Karen ...

In response to your comments, the experience I have had with Home Connexions on two occasions was not to a very high and ethnical standard as you have outlined.
Matthew has stated that your business is client led, well I think you should perhaps give more consideration to the people who are purchasing (or trying to) purchase property from your business.
