I think that anyone reading the above review will quickly recognise that there are flaws in the review. Hearnes are a renowned and respected outfit who will go above and beyond to help those who are receptive to good and honest advise. We are sorry that the author feels as they do, but as we have offered to help resolve the situation without charge due to circumstances, without responses , it seems there’s little more we can do. ...

They were terrible , lack of communication even after requesting feed back on numerous occasions , not letting us know if Viewings were going to be late or even that we had a viewing on one occasion . Would definitely not recommend them . Ringwood branch...
