The properties are excellent, all mod cons, all in good condition, everything you need, and the value which includes internet and a cleaner is as good as it gets. The £220 approx deposit was a nice touch too - as opposed to the standard months rent ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the service you have received from Goldsmith Property, this should be put in writing to us at [email protected] and clearly marked as a complaint. We will respond to you within 14 days, and may request more information from you initially.
If at the end of the process you feel we have not dealt with your complaint adequately then you can always refer the matter to the Property Redress Scheme, which we are a member of.
