Based on our limited but colourful experience with you over 2 days, and your personal circumstances WE declined to allow you to proceed with the property. WARNING** Do NOT! Use Days - we have not been happy with them from the day we signed the contract, where promises were made and none fulfilled. We have had nothing but problems from day one. If you do use them keep records through email....

This anonymous review is disappointing to read and of course we dont know who the person is and what the actual issue was. So how can we respond, how can we put our side of the issue and if, things were wrong, how can we put them right? We come to work to do a good job, to help landlords and tenants and sometimes people dont like what we tell them. That unfortunately is the life of an agent. If there was such an issue and someone felt so upset, why didnt they tell us? ...

It is so difficult to reply to these accusations without attacking or appearing to overreact or be a *. But when you recognise who has posted the criticism of your company, and you remember what a nightmare she was to deal with the memories are very fresh and you seek to balance the complaint with the truth. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
