"ES" wasnt provided a copy of her tenancy agreement as she needed a guarantor who wasn't prepared to travel to our office to sign the document, We had to retain the AST to get the guarantor to finally comply.
Secondly we applied for the balance of the deposit after an undisputed sum (hundreds) was returned to the tenant.
There is nothing vulnerable about "ES" rarely does a tenant manage to fall out with every member of staff but "ES" managed it.
Business is business but we wouldn't rent a property to Dr Sarkar if she was the last tenant in the world. She is the sort of person that even the blue sky can be the wrong colour blue.
Never happy, never satisfied and permanently playing the "disabled and vulnerable card" which is naughty.
