Dear Helen, I have spoken to the sales team regarding this viewing, and I understand that the seller (who is our client) asked us to cancel all future viewings as an offer had been accepted on the property and a sale agreed prior to your viewing. I believe this was explained to you at the time your viewing was cancelled. I also understand that, at the time you were not yet in a position to be able to proceed with a purchase.
