Country Properties fee's were on par with most of the estate agents in WGC, I should know I meet at least 6! Whilst their fee's were not cheaper, the value and expertise you get with CP is second to none!

The agent fee structure is pretty consistent with what I've found elsewhere. I have opted for the managed service. Even if I found another agent who quoted cheaper prices I wouldn't move as I doubt they could match the service of Country Properties.

A tiered pricing structure based on the price attained; yes, it was more than some other agents but we achieved a significantly better price for our property than they suggested which more than offset this cost and received additional services that helped everything run smoothly.
