Unfortunately on being asked to review how things have been, being completely honest nothing has improved in respect of things being sorted. Raised the leaking gutters around Easter time, still not fixed, had two tenancy checks this year and various issues always seem to be noted, such as damp issues with windows needing to resealed, taps that constantly leak, most recently damp rendering, crumbling walls, moss roof blocking drains and gutters. ...
