You are completely correct. Just wait until you move out, you have more treats in store. They will not even discuss returning deposit until the 10th of their legal 10 days. We have been calling them suggesting that today (day 8) is perhaps the day they should put the cheque in the post, or atleast request a response from the landlord but they are all such genius' they obviously know better ...

nnnoooo, if it is to be pronounced Belle Voir, then that is how it should be spelt. Appropriating a spelling previously used for a different pronunciation and linking it to a history that fits the preferred spelling is kind of like insisting that 'bucket' should be pronounced with a silent 't'... ...

I have to agree with all unhappy tenents of belvoir out there. Abosolute bloody joke. I have 1 mth left to go on lease thankgod. Not only did they tell me the house for rent would be completed before i moved in (2mths later) Had no choice but to live with my 2 young children at my parents from nov to 1st jan 10 as id given notice at previous home...then they inform me theres no gas metre in property etc etc. I have no garden just mud no fencing dangerous patio doors that have not been fitted co ...

Interesting this as it appears no one has had the decency to speak to me personally about this issue and we cannot even identify who this might be. Perhaps that is what is wrong with these sites it is too easy to post untrue comments knowing that the writers name is not given.
