I will not be amending my reviews, as you have clearly stated that I am entitled to my opinion and this is my opinion. I, too am representing myself fairly.
You should have ensured that the Tenants made the appointment with the Surveyor/Valuer instead of just giving them a telephone number. I have been made aware the Tenant was reluctant to move and wanted to make any viewings etc awkward as possible. I have found your details on an historic tenancy, you only stayed in the property 1 month?
The windows were replaced and the new tenants are happy there. I’m sorry you feel we didn’t meet your expectations.
