The fees charged by Beecrofts for managing our HMO are very good compared with other agents in Barnsley. They're cheaper on the tenant find aspect but I'm unaware of the charges made to tenants so I can't comment on this.

Dear Former tenant, I'm very sorry you felt the need to report a 1 star review, having looked into the history and issues with the rent payments i can see why the Section 8 notice was served, it was agreed that if the rent was paid the notice would be rescinded. However you chose to move without giving notice. I know this was a stressful situation, however the deposit was protected by the DPS and we will follow the rules for its return.
