We are fully aware of the issues concerning this tenant. Our Property Management team have been dealing with this lady for some considerable time regarding her many problems. It is unfortunate that she felt it necessary to name 2 members of staff who are extremely professional and are held in high esteem by many landlords and tenants alike.
