Comment on agent fees
Fees are realistic offering good service. Please don't raise them! I only wish that the check-in and inventory fee was less, considering that it is carried out by trained staff at Applegate, and not contracted out as other agencies do (for a similar charge).

I apologise if you have received anything short of excellent service from Applegate Lettings. We pride ourselves on providing fantastic customer service so it is upsetting to read that your experience with us has been less than satisfactory. I can assure you that discussing the process by phone and email is quite normal, many of our tenants and landlords prefer to handle things this way, but meeting in person can certainly always be arranged if it is requested. An email response after 3 days is ...
