Dear tenant, It is unfortunate when a tenant experiences problems when they first move in. Allen Goldstein endeavour to do everything in their power to ensure it is as smooth as possible. Other Costs for Tenants

We will collect 1 weeks rent as holding deposit when you are interested in a property, this will be used against your first months rent or deposit. The holding deposit may not be refunded if you have failed referencing or your do not complete the transaction for any lawful reason.
