I am unsure as to what property you where a tenant of ours at (and if you actually where a tenant) so as it stands I am unable to respond with specifics, however I will note that I can confirm the following: 1) We are unable to take tenants deposits without both sides agreeing. Your comment is therefore false. Failure to come to a mutual agreement would result in the decision being made by an impartial arbitrator.
