We have built ACE Property based on hard work and regular communication between landlords and tenants. Stef is not a tenant of ACE Property. He is reviewing on behalf of his girlfriend.
This tenant has not asked to leave the property.
In October 2016 a set of shelves fell from the wall in the kitchen and some personal items were damaged. Nobody was hurt. We inspected the damage and have everything on record to do with the incident. The tenant does not want to claim for damages through her tenants contents insurance and blames ACE Property for the shelves falling.
