What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have treated us kindly and fairly, insisted that the landlady meet her legal obligations, communicated, not insisted on turning up at the property at a time that suited them but been flexible, not commented on us being a week behind on treating the weeds when they weren't prepared to lift a single finger on the maintenance that was their responsibility, not acted as though it was our fault that there were maintenance issues as though we had created them! And we keep the property nicer than any other tenanted property I have ever seen!Attached Filesnbsp;

Perfectly fair if maintenance and tenant care to legal minimum is maintained, over the top if not (which is the case).
