We paid 300£ fee for all the services and making a contract. It is pretty much if we compare it with other services in UK, but on the other hand it is lower than standard price in other agencies. I think that we got good services and good contract for that money. Only negative thing is that you should talk more with tenants about creating contract. Contract is document sign by two sides so it will be much better if bouth sides will create it.
