Vital Space could have negotiated a better price with the owner. I was not aware that the solicitors which they recommended were not actually located in the UK which caused delays in the purchase which financially affected me.

The original proposed fee was at the top end of the market but the sale price achieved provided a much higher net return to me as the seller. The old adage applied "You get what you pay for" My advice to future sellers would be to focus on net return not discounted fees.
