Dear Landlord We recently changed our policy to respond all our landlords and tenants via email only due to the number of calls we receive. So please email all your queries and allow upto 7 days for reply. Depends on the nature of enquiry we will respond as soon as possible. Our service level has never gone down in fact it has improved in the last one year.. ...
