The fees were probably a little higher than I would of liked to pay, they are expensive compared to new on-line Estate Agents. However, personal service comes at a price and it was worth paying that extra to ensure a first class service.

Honest answer (and we aren't moving again so I can be honest!) - clearly not as cheap as some of the internet options, but a lot cheaper than certain other high street agents - and having been with another high street agent I absolutely appreciate the difference a good agent can make. On that basis I would say the fees are about right
