Jordan was fantastic with me, she was waiting for me on my arrival and was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything i asked her. She asked where I would be working and spent a good hour locating properties that were within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped me fill in all the forms and make the whole process so easy and very stress free. Jordan was amazing!

I'm in exactly the same situation, this is unreal, goodbye deposit, hello stressful communication between agents and tenant. If you have a face to face or conversation on the phone about an issue, it basically didn't happen. If you email them it will take an age for them to reply with the most convoluted, most unhelpful response they could come up with. I think I'm going to need a solicitor.
