While I understand that a credit check doesn't come free, I was a bit disappointed with the ‚£66 fee. It was a check for a permitted occupant, who'd legally have no responsibility for rent or bills. However I must say that the initial set up fees for my tenancy were in line with other well known letting agencies and they were no more than I'd pay elsewhere.
