Comment on agent fees
It seems unfair that a property selling for ‚£100000 incurs a much lower fee than a property selling for ‚£500000, even though it seems that the work involved be similar. I am surprised that the agent's fees are so much higher than the solicitor's! Perhaps it would be fairer to charge a designated fee, as solicitors do, rather than a percentage of the selling price.
