Tenant raised no issue about cleaning at the start of the tenancy, there is a checkin report which shows the condition of the property at the time of checkin.
Tenant states there was food in the oven which is factually incorrect based on checkin photos.
Tenant states about issues with the cooker, which is tested, certified and working 100%, whilst no issue had ever been raised to the office about any appliances in the property.
